Hi! I'm Alex, a Certified Postpartum Doula serving Jacksonville, FL.

In December 2023 I graduated with my bachelor's degree in child development from Brigham Young University where I co-authored a research paper now published in the largest child development journal. Soon after graduating I attended a few births with local doulas and began training as a student midwife. The birth center I was apprenticing at offered a doula training I took to become certified as a Postpartum Doula.

 

The next year my husband's job brought us to Florida where our family has grown. 2025 brought us our perfect baby girl and so much community here in Jacksonville.

In my free time I enjoy playing piano, going on walks, cooking, and teaching children's music classes.
